CRM for designers whose projects move through stages and meetings

An interior or graphic designer rarely delivers a project in a single visit: first an introduction and a brief, then measurements or a talk about references, and after that a concept presentation and revisions. A CRM for designers has to keep all of these meetings in one schedule and hold on to everything the client said between them, so the third conversation does not start by asking again what was settled in the first. Weeks often pass between meetings, and the client comes back with new wishes each time.

The client picks a designer by their reviews

When a studio has several designers, a person booking for the first time wants to know who exactly they will be working with. Clients leave reviews in their personal account or on the "Review" screen of a survey sent after a meeting, and each review lands in a section for moderation. Once the administrator activates a review, it starts counting toward that specialist's rating, and active reviews can be displayed right in the online booking form. The studio decides whether the author's details are shown there, and it can either moderate each review or make every new review active right away. The setup is described in the help article on moderating reviews.

Measuring on site and presenting at the studio

A visit to an apartment to take measurements and a concept presentation at the studio are best set up as different services, because they differ both in length and in what the client has to prepare. On-site services can get their own reminder, sent a set time before the start and filtered to those services, asking the client to have the floor plan and the keys ready, while presentation clients never receive that request. Substitution codes pull the start time and the service name into the text, so the client sees at a glance which meeting it is about.

An architect who sends clients your way

Some clients come through partners: architects, builders or furniture showrooms. These clients can go into a separate client category, and a discount scoped to that category then reaches them, and only them, without anyone lifting a finger. For one-off arrangements that should not apply automatically, there is a manual discount: the system calculates the amount, but the administrator adds it to the booking at the client's request.

Project stages in the books and on the phone

An interior design project is often paid in parts: the concept, the working drawings and the design supervision during renovation each separately. When every payment goes in as a cash document with its own category, the cash flow report shows how much of the studio's income comes from ideas and how much from overseeing the build, which points to the services worth growing.

On site, the designer opens the staff mobile app to check the next meeting and adds details heard during the measurements to the client's card. The app installs on a company phone as well as on a personal one. A survey after each completed stage lets the client say what should change in the next one while the project is still underway.

Design sits in the directory of home and everyday services, next to repair, cleaning and other services that people often order together.
