What's the difference between Integrator and Affiliate?
An Affiliate recommends Wlaunch and earns 25% commission for 24 months. An Integrator actively configures Wlaunch for customers, earns up to 50% commission for as long as they support the customer, and has access to their accounts.
How do I pass certification?
After your application is approved, the partner manager will provide materials and access to a short test. Certification confirms your knowledge of Wlaunch for the Start tier.
How do I onboard a customer to Wlaunch?
After certification, you'll receive a partner promo code. The customer signs up via your link and you get embedded access as a team member to configure the account.
What happens if I lose access to a customer's account?
The customer can remove you from their team at any time. In that case, commission for new payments stops, but accrued payouts remain.
How does User Discount work?
You can split your commission between yourself and a discount for the customer - for example, 30% to you and a 10% discount for the customer instead of 40% to you. Configured in the Partner Account.
How do I change tier (Start/Pro/Elite)?
The tier changes automatically based on the number of active customers: Start (1+), Pro (6+), Elite (16+). The higher rate applies from the next billing month.
Can I take part in tenders?
Yes. Pro and Elite Integrators can participate in joint tenders alongside the Wlaunch team to onboard large networks and franchises.
