Automatic generation of status and source codes, a Lost clients selection link in reports, and appointment cancellation information for @WlaunchBot users.
System changes:
- Simplified status and source creation; if you do not specify a code, the system will now automatically generate one
- Added a "Lost clients" selection link to the reports
- Added appointment cancellation information for @WlaunchBot users
