Padel club software for courts rented by the hour and played in fours
Padel is played in pairs on an enclosed court with glass walls, so what a club really manages is the hours on each of its courts. Padel club software has to keep hourly rental, sessions for beginners and weekend tournaments in one schedule without letting them overlap.
A weeknight when the courts are booked until closing
Court time is set up as a service of the "Rent" type rather than a regular visit with a fixed length. The rental step sets the standard duration a player sees when choosing a date, and the minimum and maximum time keep online booking from grabbing a court for a scrap of time or for the whole evening. Several consecutive periods in one booking are available when the client goes through the resource selection step, so a padel club is better off not skipping that step in its form. If the administrator extends a game on the spot, the price is recalculated immediately, and the schedule shows how busy each court is separately, just like an employee's workload.
A singles court next to the standard ones
Some clubs put a narrower court for two players next to the standard courts built for four. Both are added as separate resources, and in the service settings each resource can get its own price and rental period without creating a second service. Racket and ball rental is set up once as its own service and attached to a player's court booking, so the bill for the evening comes together by itself.
Sunday americano
A tournament where partners rotate after every round is run as an event with a player limit in the special booking form, which lists events instead of free hours. Once the draw is full, anyone else joins the waiting list, and a player can pay an advance for their spot while signing up if the club asks for one. If a pair cannot make Sunday, the administrator moves both players to the Saturday tournament in one click, and their Sunday spots open up for the people who were waiting.
A newcomer who never came back after a trial game
A reminder after the visit can invite a newcomer to book again once a set amount of time has passed. A separate option skips it for anyone who has already booked a second time. And when a game is entered right at the front desk, the SMS notification can be set not to go out once the start time has already passed. The schedule types are described in the article on appointment reminders.
A money-based membership for the regular foursome
A group that plays every week can buy a membership for a set amount of money, and each court rental is deducted from it. If a game is canceled, the used credits go back onto the membership, so nobody argues about paying for an evening that fell through. The cash register sorts income by category, which shows court rental, racket rental and tournament entries separately. How to think through the minimum duration, cleaning between bookings and a deposit for equipment is covered in the guide to hourly rental.
Clubs that also have classic courts will find a separate overview for tennis and squash, and the other formats are collected in the section on sports businesses.
