Wlaunch System Licensing

Wlaunch licenses provide extensive capabilities for efficient organization of company operations, process management, data collection, and analysis. The flexible licensing model allows you to choose the optimal option based on your business structure, number of branches, resources, and desired usage period.

License cost depends on the following parameters:

Number of branches

The base license cost includes one branch. Starting from the second branch, each additional one requires a payment of 50% of the cost of the first.

Example If the base license price is 1000 UAH, then:

• 2 branches = 1000 UAH + 500 UAH = 1500 UAH
• 3 branches = 1000 UAH + 500 UAH + 500 UAH = 2000 UAH
• and so on.

Number of employees / resources

The system allows you to track the availability of employees or other types of resources (for example, rooms, halls, bays). Availability is formed based on bookings that are added:

• through the internal schedule by an administrator or employee;
• via online booking by clients.

This ensures accurate and up-to-date tracking of each resource's workload.

• 1 resource -- basic plan for one employee or room.
• 2-20 resources -- extended plan for medium-sized companies.
• More than 20 resources -- special plan for large companies or chains.

Payment period

Wlaunch offers three prepayment options:

• 1 or 3 months -- payment at the standard price.
• 6 + 1 month free -- you pay for 6 months and receive 1 additional month free.
• 12 + 3 months free -- you pay for 12 months and receive 3 additional months free.

This approach allows you to save money and ensure uninterrupted system operation over a longer period.
