Payouts - schedule, minimum, methods

How and when a Wlaunch partner gets paid - payout schedule, $20 minimum, IBAN, service credit, edge cases

This article explains how and when you receive your earned commission.

When commission is accrued

Commission is calculated automatically the moment Wlaunch receives a Licence Payment from your referred customer. It's approved immediately after the payment is confirmed.

Payout schedule

  • When: the 1st business day of the month following accrual
  • Hold: no earlier than 15 days after the customer activates their plan

Example: a customer pays on 10 March. The 15-day hold ends on 25 March. The payout happens on 1 April.

Minimum amount

Minimum withdrawal: the equivalent of $20 in your account currency. If your accrued commission is below the minimum, it rolls over to the next period.

Payout methods

Bank transfer (IBAN)

Payouts are made by wire transfer from the Wlaunch bank account to yours. Set up your IBAN in the Partner Account.

Service credit

Any amount of commission (no minimum) can be used to pay your own Wlaunch subscription. Handy if you use the service yourself.

Edge cases

Customer refund

If a customer receives a refund, the commission for that payment is reversed. If the commission was already paid out, the reversal is deducted from your next payout.

Plan change

If a customer changes their licence (upgrade or downgrade), commission and User Discount are recalculated proportionally to the new licence price.

Annual or 6-month plan payment

Commission is calculated on the actual payment amount. One payment, one commission calculation.

70% concentration

If a single customer's payments account for more than 70% of your total monthly commission (and they're not your first connected customer), the payout may be temporarily held until concentration drops.

How to set up IBAN

  1. Go to the Partner Account
  2. Open the Payouts section
  3. Click Set up IBAN
  4. Enter your bank account details
  5. Save

We recommend doing this right after registration.
