General

Who can become a Wlaunch partner?

Any individual or legal entity. An Affiliate has no special requirements. An Integrator needs to submit an application and pass certification.

What's the difference between an Affiliate and an Integrator?

An Affiliate shares a link and earns 25% for 24 months. An Integrator configures the system for customers, has access to their accounts, and earns 30–50% commission for as long as they support the customer.

Do I have to be a Wlaunch customer to become a partner?

No. But existing Wlaunch customers automatically have access to the referral program as Affiliates.

Can I be both an Affiliate and an Integrator at the same time?

No, but you can upgrade from Affiliate to Integrator. Existing customers stay on Affiliate terms; new ones get Integrator terms.

Commission

How is commission calculated?

Commission is accrued on Licence Payments - that is, payments for the Wlaunch licence. Balance top-ups, SMS credits, online-payment fees, and other add-on services are excluded.

What is User Discount?

A mechanism that lets you split your commission between yourself and a discount for the referred customer. For example, on a 25% commission you can keep 20% and pass 5% as a customer discount.

How does commission work for an annual plan payment?

Commission is calculated on the actual payment amount. One payment, one commission accrual.

What happens if my customer cancels their subscription?

Commission is only accrued on paid Licence Payments. If the customer stops paying, no new commission accrues. If the customer gets a refund, the corresponding commission is reversed.

What is 70% concentration?

If a single customer's payments make up more than 70% of your total monthly commission (and they're not your first connected customer), the payout may be temporarily held. This is fraud protection.

Payouts

When will I get paid?

On the 1st business day of the following month, but no earlier than 15 days after the customer activates their plan.

What's the minimum payout threshold?

The equivalent of $20 in your account currency.

How can I receive my payout?

Bank transfer (IBAN), or credit to your Wlaunch balance for paying your own subscription (no minimum).

Can I use my commission to pay for my own subscription?

Yes! Any amount of commission can be used to pay for your Wlaunch subscription with no minimum threshold.

Tracking

How long does the cookie last?

90 days from the moment of the click on your referral link.

What if the customer registered without the link but entered the promo code?

The promo code also works for attribution. If there's a conflict between cookie and promo code, the cookie takes priority.

Where can I see my referral statistics?

In the Partner Account, under Statistics and Commissions.

For Integrators

What if I lose access to a customer's account?

If you have no active user in the customer's account, you'll be treated as an Affiliate for that customer.

How do I change tier (Start/Pro/Elite)?

Tiers are determined automatically based on the number of Active customers on the Integrator tier. Evaluated daily.

Can I participate in tenders?

Participation in tenders for services similar to Wlaunch requires prior coordination. Contact info@wlaunch.net.
