Available settings and related features

Resources

A Resource is an element whose availability needs to be tracked. These can be:

  • employees (specialists),
  • rooms (halls),
  • equipment,
  • inventory, etc.

Depending on the specifics of the company, a resource can have its own name -- for example: "specialist", "employee", "room", "chair", etc.

Resource types

For large companies, the ability to create custom resource types is available. This allows you to:

  • segment prices according to the resource type,
  • group resources in the scheduler for convenient display.

Resource visibility

Each resource has an option "Visible in external services (e.g. online booking)", which allows you to control its visibility.

This is useful if certain resources are used only for internal accounting and should not be available for online booking.

Occupancy mode

In the resource settings, there is an option "Occupancy mode", which allows you to define how many simultaneous appointments a resource can accept:

  • 1 -- if the resource can serve only one client at a time;
  • more than 1 -- if multiple parallel appointments are available (for example, for a room with several workstations);
  • all -- if the service should occupy the entire resource completely.

This option works in conjunction with a parameter in the service -- how many slots the service occupies (1, 2, or more).

Resource description

  • Short description -- displayed in the resource preview during online booking.
  • Full description -- available at the appointment confirmation stage.

These fields allow you to provide clients with additional information about qualifications, experience, work specifics, etc.

Additional parameters after creating a resource

After creating a resource, you can modify its parameters in several key sections:

Resource working hours

Contains the resource work schedule settings. Two types are available:

  • Recurring working hours -- repeat weekly (for example, every Monday from 9:00 to 18:00).
  • One-time working hours -- set for specific dates and can be cloned.

Multiple separate time slots can be created within a single day.

Services

In the "Services" section, you specify which services the resource provides. This affects the availability of services in online booking and in the scheduler.

Reviews

The "Reviews" section contains all client reviews about the resource. Reviews are grouped by creation date. Filtering is available by:

  • publication status,
  • specific client.

Statistics

Resource statistics are based on appointment history for the selected period. The following indicators are available:

  • Active days
  • Working hours
  • Active hours
  • Idle hours
  • Occupancy
  • Revenue
  • Appointment structure by sources
  • Service statistics

Note: the number of appointments may differ from the number of services provided.
