A short list of important changes to the system and its modules
Online Booking 2022

- Booking forms are available in parallel and you can choose the one you like best
- Styling / booking order / navigation and language are individual for each form
- All future updates and features will be added to the new booking form first, so we recommend getting familiar with it
- Advantages of the new form:
- New design and color schemes. All based on our clients' feedback
- Easier style customization, as fewer colors need to be edited
- Better SEO support and use of the company logo / name and description in the link
- Updated online payment flow, with redirection to a separate page so that ApplePay works
- The main page and personal account are closer to the client than ever. Convenient bottom navigation will help your clients get started more easily
- Simpler image handling, no more borders around service/resource photos
Corporate subscriptions
- New subscription option: Client category that can use it.
- This option replaces the client field, but allows multiple clients to use one subscription simultaneously regardless of its type
Client availability
- You can now restrict the availability of certain resources / services on the online booking form to specific sources or client categories, rather than making them available to everyone
- In the case of sources, this can be conveniently combined with special booking source links
- For resource filtering by category to work fully, you need to enable authorization on the online booking form
Current position in the list or "breadcrumbs"
- For the services / products / subscription templates / branch resources sections where grouping is available, a special line has been added to view the nesting level and the currently selected item
New payment methods for Wlaunch services
- You will be redirected to a separate payment page. It will offer more payment methods, including Apple Pay
- After payment, return to the app / website and click the "Check Payment Status" button to sync
Fixed discount module behavior
- In some companies, the discount was not displayed on the time selection screen
