September updates: statistics, filtering, roles, and fiscalization

We have prepared a comprehensive system update covering the recent period. Key changes include analytics improvements, extended filtering settings, fiscalization enhancements, and new capabilities for companies using Flexible permissions.

Statistics and reports

• Fixed specialist statistics on the home page
• Fixed statistics calculation in service details (when there are more than 20 working days)
• In the return report, statuses that occupy time in the schedule are now automatically selected
• The financial results report is now hidden for companies with 1 specialist - we recommend using the Cash Flow Report instead

Events, bookings, and subscriptions

• Changed the logic for confirming event bookings - you can now send a direct link to the confirmation screen
• Added visibility and filtering settings for fields in Event and Subscription lists
• When cloning an event, the "Limit by statuses" field is now filled in automatically
• Fixed errors when creating and deactivating services, service groups, and opening reports

Flexible permissions and new role

• Added the Restricted role type
  • Has no access by default
  • Access is regulated only through permission groups
  • For example: create a role that allows working only with warehouse documents, without access to the schedule

Notifications and short codes

• Added new short codes for working with public booking resources in notifications
• Fixed counterparty search for employees with restricted access

Events and resources

• Added event filtering by resources - in the order Resource -> Service
• Private resources are no longer displayed on the feedback form

Payments and subscriptions

• Online payment configuration errors (for example, an invalid API key) are now visible directly on the booking form
• The payment timer works correctly even if the client's time or time zone is off
• If a subscription was not used during payment, the "Use subscription" checkbox will be automatically unchecked
• Fixed subscription start date validation on the online booking form

Fiscalization

• Checkbox - added support for new cash register closing parameters for fiscalization

Surveys

• Survey mailings are now automatically paused when the corresponding rule is deactivated
