A short list of important changes to the system and its modules

Rules for sending clients Telegram messages and reminders (the same format as for SMS and Emails, but the client needs to connect via the bot https://t.me/WlaunchBot )
You can send private messages to clients on Telegram and see the client's connection status. After creating an online appointment, clients are offered to connect to the bot for receiving reminders.
Ability to link one or more Telegram accounts to a resource or branch via a specially generated link
In the employee's and client's personal account, there are instructions and the ability to set up client notifications via the bot https://t.me/WlaunchBot
After clients actively connect to the bot, you can start using mass messaging across the database
Ability to connect branded bots for sending messages in the future

The administrator or employee on the schedule and in the appointment details will know if the client skipped the specialist or resource selection screen
A note next to the resource in the appointment and a tie icon on tiles in the schedule
Please note that when replacing services in an appointment, this indicator is lost

Ability to instantly deactivate/activate any channel, which changes the order of message processing on the gateway
