Track the satisfaction of your customers from the provided services

Clients absolutely do not want to buy a "pig in a poke" -- they are well aware of how many dishonest companies they may encounter. That is why, first and foremost, people will look for social proof of a company's reliability, namely reviews from real customers.

Reviews are the most powerful tool that drives interested audiences to convert into clients for a business. Much has been said about the importance of reviews -- they are direct evidence that you are capable of meeting your clients' needs.

There are several ways to collect reviews from clients:

1 Online booking form
  • A client can always leave a review about a provided service in their personal account
  • Reviews appear in the corresponding section of the administrator interface for further moderation
  • The administrator can "Activate" a review, and it will start affecting the specialist's rating
  • Optionally, you can enable the display of "Active" reviews in the online booking form
  • You choose whether to show the data of the client who left the review in the list on the online booking form
  • Optionally, you can make all client reviews immediately "Active"
2 Surveys
  • Within the survey module, you can set one of the screens to be a "Review"
  • When a client completes a survey, the review is saved to the main database, so you do not need to separately track reviews from surveys
