Client balance

You can now top up and withdraw funds from a client's balance. Appointments and subscriptions can be paid directly from the balance, and on early appointment cancellation funds may be returned to the balance automatically. Balance information is also visible in the client's personal account. Read more about client balance

Terms and agreements

The options for configuring appointment cancellation conditions and booking creation conditions have been expanded. The supported text length for the agreement and privacy policy has also been increased. Read more about terms and agreements

Merging clients

A "Merge with another client" action has been added to the client card. All appointments, orders, subscriptions, loyalty cards, payments, reviews, surveys, warehouse and cash register documents, and message history are transferred to the remaining client. Client balances are combined, and statistics are recalculated automatically. The merged client is deleted, while the main client's profile data stays unchanged.

Public service price

A separate "Public price" option has been added to the service "Advanced settings" section. It consists of two fields - "From" and "To" - and lets you flexibly display the cost of a service in a format that is convenient for the client:

• from 400 UAH - if only the "From" field is filled in;
• 400-500 UAH - if both fields are filled in;
• up to 500 UAH - if only the "To" field is filled in;
• 500 UAH - if only the main price is specified and the public price is left empty.

The public price can now also be set in the per-resource price / duration settings of a service.

Other changes

• You can now edit the list of services and resources in a sold subscription, even when the subscription is already in use.
• Subscription filtering by category has been added.
