List of available reports and their usage options

Reports

The Wlaunch system provides a set of ready-made reports for analyzing company performance. Reports cover financial, client, and inventory information.

Each report includes a period filter and the ability to export data to a file.

Financial reports

Financial position report

Allows you to view the balance changes of cash registers for a selected period by branches and cash registers. Key indicators:

  • Opening balance
  • Income
  • Expenses
  • Total

The bottom section displays the total sum for each indicator.

Financial results report

Analyzes income and expenses by cash document categories broken down by resources. For example, how much revenue a specialist generated per month and how much was spent on their salary.

Cash flow report

Shows detailed statistics of cash movement in cash registers with a breakdown by cash document categories. Typically used for viewing:

  • Daily (period "day" / "month")
  • Monthly (period "quarter" / "year")

Includes a detailed breakdown of income and expense reasons, as well as totals at the bottom.

Client base reports

Return to branches / Return to specialists

Reports for assessing the client return rate to specific branches or resources.

Appointment source report

Allows you to analyze the effectiveness of appointment creation sources. Indicators:

  • Number of appointments
  • Share of total count
  • Amount
  • Share of total amount

This helps evaluate which client acquisition channels work best.

Lost clients

Allows you to find clients who have not made appointments during the selected period. After selecting a period, the system will redirect you to the "Clients" page with the filter applied.

Inventory reports

Balance report

Shows remaining stock in the warehouse. Can be filtered by:

  • Product name
  • Units of measurement
  • Remaining quantity

Balance is available in two variants:

  • Actual -- confirmed documents
  • Projected -- all created documents

Stock control

A report for monitoring products with critically low stock levels. The system analyzes the control settings and highlights products whose stock has fallen below the established minimum.

Product consumption

Shows how many products were consumed from the warehouse and in what volume. Key indicators:

  • Product quantity
  • Average price per unit
  • Total consumption amount
