A short list of important changes to the system and its modules

Reserved balance in subscription details

  • Administrators and clients can now see how many funds/visits/hours are reserved on a subscription versus how many have been used
  • The reserved amount is the total for all appointments that have been created but not yet completed

Appointment creation conditions

  • Updated the Restrictions section with a new type of rule
  • You can create either an Allow or Deny rule based on whether or not the client has a certificate/subscription
  • For example: For the service "March Workshop," only clients with an active subscription are allowed, or for the service "Trial Visit," booking with a subscription is prohibited

Other changes

  • Reduced the size of the cookie consent dialog
  • Improved linking to client notifications via Telegram
  • Fixed saving the "Allow refunding payments for appointments in statuses" field
  • Improved booking form behavior when network access is lost
  • Added creation time for subscriptions in the list and details
  • Added appointment creation time for event bookings
  • Fixed behavior with long-duration events on the booking form
  • The booking form will no longer display the price if it is 0
  • Fixed period selection in the Employee Refund Report
  • Improved Meta platform parsing of appointment detail links
  • Fixed redirection of authorized clients after canceling an appointment
  • Added detailed error descriptions for batch changes to similar events
