Subscription discount automation

New automatic promotion scenarios for subscriptions have been added:

• Fixed discount - applies without any additional conditions;
• Subscription purchase number - the discount depends on the sequential purchase number;
• Every subscription purchase - a recurring discount, for example on every 3rd purchase;
• Total subscription spending - a discount once a defined spending amount is reached;
• Renewal window - a discount when a subscription is renewed within a certain number of days before it expires. Read more about promotion automation

New permission groups

Separate restrictions for managing promotions and subscriptions have been added. The options for fine-grained access configuration in these modules have also been expanded.

New option for post-appointment reminders

A reminder can now be skipped if the client already has another appointment that matches the conditions of that reminder.

Client balance update

You can now change the status of a balance operation directly in the client's balance history. Read more about client balance

Online booking events for analytics

The set of online booking events for analytics has been extended. Read more about event tracking

Improved service selection in an appointment

The service selection component has been updated so that even very long names are displayed correctly in the list.
