Licenses

Extended license

The license provides access to all current system modules, as well as future updates. The price is the most favorable and effectively corresponds to the cost of extended support.

Basic license

The main module that provides key system functions:

  • Online client booking
  • Appointment management
  • Notifications and reminders

Additional modules

Rental

Functionality for companies in the rental and hire industry. Includes:

  • flexible pricing scheme
  • selection of multiple hours in the booking form

SMS - sender name

Sending SMS notifications on behalf of the company. To activate, you need to contact the support team. Setup time - up to 14 days.

Client mobile application (Android + iOS)

Allows clients to:

  • view appointment history
  • make online bookings
  • work in their own mobile cabinet

The module allows clients to pay for services online. You can configure:

  • advance payment amount
  • mandatory payment before appointment confirmation

Flexible permissions

Module for managing employee access. Allows you to:

  • create user groups
  • grant or restrict access to system data and functions

Surveys

Module for communication with clients and employees. Allows you to create surveys for:

  • collecting reviews
  • internal staff surveys

Booking blocking / restrictions

Module for creating rules that:

  • prevent online booking abuse
  • allow limiting booking frequency
  • are applied in cases of technical or procedural requirements

If you only need specific features, any modules from the extended license can be added to the basic license at a special price.

Payment and license renewal

You can pay for each license:

  • online through the payment form
  • or by bank details that will be generated during checkout

At any time, you can renew your license on the same terms as your last payment. To do this, use the "Renew" button in the license management section.

Payment from balance

If you have received funds through the referral program or topped up your balance previously, you can use these funds to pay for any license.

To do this, use the "Pay from balance" function when placing or renewing a license.
