Terms and agreements
New settings for managing the Offer, Privacy policy, Booking rules and Cancellation terms in the online booking widget
The Online booking - Terms and Agreements section now has new settings that let you manage all legal texts and links shown to the client in the booking form from a single place.
Section structure
The section consists of four steps with a detailed description of each option:
- Offer - public offer agreement
- Privacy - privacy policy
- Booking - booking rules
- Cancellation - appointment cancellation terms
Service-specific terms
For booking rules and cancellation terms, you can now specify unique conditions depending on the selected service. This is useful when different services have different booking or cancellation requirements.
External link instead of text
For each item, you can enable the Use external link instead of text option. In that case, instead of showing the full text, the client will be redirected to the corresponding page when clicking the link in the booking form.
Cancellation terms
Cancellation terms can also be service-specific and are shown to the client when attempting to cancel an appointment through the booking form.
