Added upcoming appointment status on the online booking main page for clients

• Also, cancelled appointments will no longer appear there

Fixed the statistics update issue observed by some clients on December 27-28, 2022

• If you had discrepancies in statistics, they should be updated by December 31
• If an appointment was created on those days, the notification/reminder for it may not have been sent. To verify, simply check the Notifications tab of the corresponding appointment

Other fixes:

• Added booking price for the Service - Resource booking order
• Improved currency display in different languages on the booking form
• Fixed the behavior of tracking codes (GTM, GA, Pixel) in some companies
