Update Oct/26

A PaymentOnline integration with monobank and PrivatBank that pays straight into your own bank account, techmaps for products, a single sign-in screen in the booking widget and a set of fixes.

PaymentOnline: a direct integration with your bank

There is a new payment service in the list, PaymentOnline. It is an integration with monobank and PrivatBank: you connect your own business account once, and clients pay into that account by bank transfer. The payment goes from the client's bank to yours, and Wlaunch only passes the details across and reads the result back.

The payer sees a page with the amount, the recipient, the IBAN and the payment purpose. On a phone they tap a bank tile and their banking app opens with everything already filled in; on a computer they scan a QR code. Most transfers confirm within a few minutes and the appointment status updates on its own.

Connect it in Payments for online services -> Payment services, the same place as every other payment service: fill in your legal details, choose the cash register the payments are recorded to, connect the bank and pick the account money should land in. Then set PaymentOnline as the payment service on a payment rule, so it is offered to payers.

Wlaunch sets the commission rate for each account, and the standard rate is 0.8%. The commission is charged to a separate commission balance you top up by bank transfer. Each charge and top-up is listed in the operation history, and it is taken only for payments you actually received.

Techmaps for products

Techmaps now work for products, the way they already worked for services. Attach a techmap to a product without stock tracking, and selling it writes off everything it consumes from the warehouse automatically. A coffee sold at the counter can write off beans, milk and a cup without anyone counting them by hand. A stock-tracked product writes off itself on sale rather than its techmap, and that checkbox cannot be changed once the product is created.

One sign-in screen in the booking widget

Clients used to have to choose between signing in and signing up, and picking the wrong one was a dead end: a returning client on the sign-up form got an error, and a new client on the sign-in form was told their credentials were wrong.

There is now a single screen. The client enters a phone number, plus a password if your company uses them. A correct password signs them straight in. Anything else offers the same next step to everyone, confirming the number by SMS, so the screen never reveals which numbers already belong to a client.

LiqPay fiscalization

LiqPay payments can now be fiscalized by LiqPay PRRO. Wlaunch sends the goods themselves with each payment, with the rate from the VAT rate for LiqPay PRRO field in the LiqPay settings in Wlaunch, so the receipt is issued and you do not have to keep a separate goods catalogue in the LiqPay cabinet. Until a rate is set, goods are not sent to LiqPay and LiqPay PRRO does not fiscalize the payments.
