Salary

The salary accrual system in Wlaunch is a flexible mechanism built on rules and conditions. Its purpose is to ensure an accurate, stable, and transparent accrual process for any compensation model.

The system allows you to create virtually any compensation model: from a fixed hourly rate to complex multi-level bonuses that depend on performance results.

Accruals are performed automatically. This reduces manual work and minimizes the risk of errors.

Accrual rules

A rule is an algorithm for calculating one specific component of salary. Each rule is responsible for one type of accrual and operates according to a defined formula.

Examples of rules

  • Fixed rate (for example, a fixed amount per hour of work).
  • Percentage of personal turnover.
  • Commission for services provided.
  • Bonus for meeting targets.

Accrual schemes

A scheme is a set of one or more Rules and associated Conditions. It defines the complete accrual logic for an employee or group of employees.

For example, a scheme for a stylist may include the following rules

  • Fixed rate.
  • Commission for services provided.
  • Bonus from product sales, activated by a condition of meeting the personal target.

A scheme can be assigned to an individual employee or a group of employees.

Accruals and operations

The Accruals section allows you to run the salary accrual process for a selected period. You can:

  • specify the period for which the accrual should be performed;
  • optionally select specific specialists for whom the accrual will be executed.

In this section, you can also create additional operations:

  • bonuses;
  • penalties.

A separate salary payment function is also available. It allows you to manage the specialist's balance and record all payments in the system.

Mutual settlements

Mutual settlements is a table that displays the current balances of specialists as of a selected date. It allows you to:

  • view balances for each employee;
  • analyze debts and payments;
  • control financial settlements between the company and specialists.

The table is updated according to all operations: accruals, bonuses, penalties, and payments.
