Payment operations for subscriptions

  • Ability to make 1 or more payments for a subscription
  • Four payment statuses: No payment / Partial payment / Paid / Overpayment
  • Ability to process refunds from the cash register directly in the subscription
  • Payment status in the client's personal account

Added new short codes for messaging

  • Custom fields of entities

Changes in appointment statistics

Multiple service selection on the 2022 form

  • Interactive service cart for the Resource - Service booking flow
  • Total duration / cost on the date and time selection screen

Improved behavior for services requiring multiple resources

  • The system will now select the best combinations of public and non-public resources to fill the schedule
  • Eliminated the possibility of offering a time slot that is only available for some of the required resources

Improved online booking form

  • Added a new approach for the Skip Selection button on the resource screen
  • Auto-scrolling to time slots on the date selection screen
  • Updated color scheme on the date selection screen
  • Selection reset when navigating forward/back between the service and date selection screens

Two booking options for sole proprietor companies

In Online Booking - Booking Flow - you can now change the order to suit your needs

New accrual type in promotions - Current visit duration

It is now very easy to create a general company-wide promotion without having to create different promotions for different services

Other changes:

  • The online booking form now blocks auto-translators such as Google Translate
  • Subscriptions can now be restricted by resource, just like by service
  • Simplified the Company Creation screen
  • Fixed a bug that could occur when updating an appointment start time via the API
  • A resource is now displayed on the schedule even if it has no working hours but has a planned event
  • In Company Management under Appointments, the ability to remove any fields from the table has been added
  • Fixed cash register linking for payments created by online payment
  • When editing a subscription, the resource/service can be changed as long as it has not been applied to any appointments
  • Fixed display of inactive resources when navigating between days on the schedule
  • When deleting a reminder rule, messaging for it stops immediately
  • Redesigned the Online Payment component for the admin section
  • For online payments via LIQPAY and WAYFORPAY, the commission is now based on the payment system's response rather than general terms
