Appointment cancellation and resource reviews in @WlaunchBot, groups in the service list, and resources that move between branches in online booking.

- Cancel an appointment if allowed by the company
- Leave a review about the appointment's resources
- Added a warning for employees connecting notifications
Online booking
- Added groups in the service list when a resource is selected first
- Resources that move between branches will be available even if they are currently at a completely different branch
- Improved error messages when the license has expired or booking is restricted
- Minor corrections to the general offer agreement
- Fixed the availability of the reviews page depending on company settings
Admin panel
- Added a warning about the accrual scheme in resource statistics
- Fixed currency display in the Wlaunch services payment history
- Improved filter names in the membership list
