Upgrading from Affiliate to Integrator

When and how to upgrade from Affiliate to Integrator at Wlaunch - application, certification, what happens to existing customers

If you started as an Affiliate and want a higher commission rate and to work with customers directly, you can upgrade to the Integrator tier.

When upgrading makes sense

Upgrading makes sense if:

  • You actively help customers set up Wlaunch
  • You have or plan to have more than 1 customer
  • You're ready to pass certification
  • You want 30–50% instead of 25%

Upgrading is NOT needed if you simply share a link and don't plan to work with customers directly.

How to upgrade

  1. Submit an Integrator application on the Integrator landing page
  2. Pass the Start-level certification
  3. Once approved, your status changes in the Partner Account

What happens to existing customers

  • Customers acquired as an Affiliate stay on Affiliate terms: 25% for the remainder of their 24-month window. Nothing changes.
  • New customers after the upgrade are served on Integrator terms: 30–50% commission, as long as you support the customer.

How tiers are counted

Tier thresholds (Start 1+, Pro 6+, Elite 16+) only count Active customers acquired on the Integrator tier. Customers acquired as an Affiliate don't count toward tier calculation.

Important

You can't switch back to Affiliate on your own. However, Wlaunch may move an Integrator to the Affiliate program if they stop meeting the tier requirements (for example, no active customers).
