The "General settings" section contains the main parameters that help adapt the Wlaunch system to your company's needs. Below is a list of available subsections and their purposes.

Contains key company data:

  • name

  • contact details

In this section, you can also choose the interface language and currency that the system will use.

Address

In this section, you can:

  • add the company's physical address
  • specify the location on the map

This information will be displayed in the online booking form.

Social networks and messengers

Allows you to quickly add communication channels used by your company:

  • social networks
  • messengers
  • contact links

This data can be displayed to clients in booking forms and notifications.

Resource types

This section is available for companies with 20+ resources or multiple branches. It allows you to create custom resource types, for example:

  • senior specialist
  • office
  • room
  • pedicure chair

Types help structure a large number of resources and are used when creating or editing them.

Additional fields

This section allows you to create and manage fields that extend CRM functionality.

Restrictions

Contains settings for various types of restrictions. Available subsections:

  • Online booking restrictions
  • Repeat booking restrictions
  • Booking creation conditions
  • Client availability

Used to control the logic of online bookings and client behavior.

Categories

In this section, you can manage categories for:

  • clients
  • tasks

Categorization helps organize data and simplify staff workflow.

Statuses

Allows you to create and modify statuses for:

  • appointments
  • warehouse balances

Statuses can have custom colors and names for convenience.

Booking sources

Allows you to create unique booking sources and obtain links for placement in:

  • social networks
  • advertising campaigns

Corresponding reports and statistics are generated based on booking sources.

Entity names

Allows you to customize the naming conventions for the following entities:

  • Service
  • Resource
  • Branch
  • Subscription
  • Event

For example, you can replace "Subscriptions" with "Certificates" in the online form or system interface.

Cash register document categories

This section allows you to edit or create custom cash register document categories. The following categories are available by default:

  • Service provision

  • Subscription sales
  • Salary payments
  • Taxes and fees
