Permissions

Binding access rights to fields and entities in the admin part and the employee interface

Flexible permissions: fields

Sometimes companies face the need to restrict employee access to certain information in the system. For example, hiding client contact details or prohibiting changes to bookings. In such cases, the "Flexible Permissions" module helps.

What are permissions?

Permissions are a tool that allows you to group users or employees by a certain criterion in order to configure individual access levels for them.

Usage examples

1. Restricted access to client contacts

  • Access level "Partial view" - allows seeing only part of the contact details, for example, the last 3 digits of the phone number.
  • Access level "No access" - completely hides the corresponding field.

2. Prohibition of booking editing

You can configure a prohibition on editing bookings or individual fields depending on the user's role or their group membership.

Such restrictions are flexibly configured in the group settings, which allows adapting access to the specifics of the company's operations.
