Update 11/21

New promotion parameters

• Apply a discount only for a specific resource
• Accrue visits or loyalty program amounts only for visits to a specific resource

More entities support custom fields

• Counterparties, events, orders, subscriptions
• Updated the Fields section for online booking with the ability to display new fields for Subscriptions

Other fixes:

• The "My Appointments" and "Appointment Details" sections now display the event photo and name if they were specified
• Changed the survey logic - the survey link will no longer be automatically inserted into the mailing rule
