Cloning individual appointments

• The cloning function is available in appointment details and on the schedule
• It works identically to events and allows you to keep all data in the appointment, including the start time

Updated Wlaunch Services section

• Added a notice about price changes and instructions for connecting providers
• Updated prices for companies operating outside of Ukraine

Other changes:

• On the date selection screen, the "Choose a day" button shows which dates are available for booking throughout the month. For both events and individual appointments.
• Updated the Profile / Registration / Login screens so they also work with the center button for convenience on different screens.
• Fixed saving the Date of birth field
• Updated the Instagram button color in company contacts
• Added the ability to filter reports by employee's Last name
