Accrual schemes - Salary
Description and preparation of your accrual scheme
The accrual scheme defines the rules by which specialists' salaries will be calculated. It is the foundation for automatic accrual and combines all necessary rules into a single logic.

Purpose of the accrual scheme
The accrual scheme is used for:
- forming a complete compensation model;
- automatically applying rules to selected specialists;
- ensuring a unified approach to accruals for a group of employees.
Assigning specialists
Each scheme has a list of assigned specialists. All specialists linked to the scheme receive accruals according to the rules included in that scheme.
Changing the scheme or the composition of rules automatically affects all subsequent accruals for these specialists.
Role of rules in the scheme
A scheme consists of one or more accrual rules. Each rule is responsible for a separate salary component.
Before creating a scheme, you need to:
- define the compensation model;
- create all accrual rules that will be used;
- verify that the rules correspond to actual business processes.
Without created rules, salary calculation is not possible.

Preparing to create a scheme
Recommended order of actions:
- Define accrual types (rate, percentage, bonuses).
- Create the corresponding accrual rules.
- Combine the rules into a scheme.
- Assign the scheme to specialists or groups of specialists.
Result of usage
Accrual schemes allow you to centrally manage salary logic, reduce manual configuration, and ensure stable and transparent accruals for all specialists.
