Client retention report

List of data available in the report:

Resources/branches

The name of the corresponding company resource or branch name.

Clients for the selected period

  • Total - Total number of unique clients who had visits during the selected period
  • New - Clients who visited the company for the first time
  • Returned - Clients who had previously visited the company (throughout the entire lifetime of the company)

Clients for 60 days before the selected period

  • Total - Total number of unique clients who had visits during the 60-day period (Return period)
  • Of those, returned in the selected period - The number of clients who were present during those 60 days and also returned in the selected period

Return rate

This is the percentage of clients who returned to the branch or resource. It is a convenient and consolidated representation of the previous 2 columns.

Selected period

A week or month by which we will determine the return rate

Return period

Select a period (1-62 days) during which the client is expected to return to the branch or resource

Appointment statuses

List of appointment statuses to include in the selection. Depending on the task, you may be interested in paid appointments and/or cancelled ones

Services

List of services provided to clients. Used for detailed assessment in situations where different services have different return periods

Resources/branches

Quick search or grouping of the report by elements of interest

Show inactive resources/branches

Include inactive elements back in the report
