A short list of important changes to the system and its modules

Fixed the period switcher for statistics in the past (when your team has more than 100 working days)
When issuing a penalty, the time zone of the current branch is now taken into account
Fixed notifications for bookings that have more than one resource
Fixed a situation where connecting a new payment system did not initiate a payment
