A short list of important changes to the system and its modules

Messaging updates

  • Sections have been merged; now it is just Notifications and Reminders.
  • Added the ability to select multiple channels for messaging. Priority is calculated from top to bottom, so the order matters. For example, if it is Telegram - Email - SMS, the system will first check whether the client is subscribed to the Telegram bot. If so, the message will be sent there, and the other channels will be skipped. Only if the client has neither a Telegram subscription nor an email will the SMS message be sent.
  • New Advanced settings section that adds unique options
  • Message count is a rule that controls how many messages a client will receive. For example, if set to Once, then regardless of appointment changes or rescheduling, no further notifications will be sent. But if set to On every change, the system will check the selected fields and send a new notification when they change.
  • When creating or modifying reminder rules, the system will update already scheduled messages so you can immediately verify the results of the new rules

Other changes:

  • Updated resource statistics for convenient data handling
  • Fixed statistics calculation for events where multiple spots were booked
  • Working hours will not be validated if you filtered the resource list on the schedule
  • Fixed deactivation of product and subscription groups; child items will now also be deactivated
  • Improved analytics event passing when integrating on the company website
