AI assistant through MCP

Wlaunch now has a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client to it, and your AI assistant can answer questions about your business data in Wlaunch: clients, appointments, schedules, finance and reports. The assistant only reads data and never changes anything.

The MCP server is part of the Extended license, together with API integrations. Wlaunch support issues a personal access token on request.

Salary that takes payment into account: events and orders

The "Events" accrual rule used to count participants by appointment status only. It now has one more filter - "Appointment payment statuses". It counts only the participants whose appointment has a selected payment status: Unpaid, Underpayment, Paid or Overpayment.

For example, if a trainer should be paid only for participants who have already paid for the class, select Paid and Overpayment in the filter. Participants who have not paid count toward neither the multi-level compensation thresholds nor the banded bonuses.

How the filter works:

• it works together with the appointment statuses filter: a participant has to match both;
• if no appointment statuses filter is set, only statuses with "Record reserve time in the resource schedule" enabled are counted, so cancelled bookings never count;
• an empty filter means the payment status is not checked, so existing rules keep working as before.

A similar "Payment statuses" filter has been added to the "Orders" rule as well: compensation for product sales can be accrued only for orders with the selected payment statuses. It works together with the "Statuses" filter, so an order has to match both.

Up-to-date data in appointments and events

Previously, after you changed a service's name, description or photo, a resource's name, contacts, description or photo, or a promotion's name, future appointments and events kept showing the old values. These changes now reach future appointments and events automatically within a few seconds. Past appointments, prices and durations stay as they were.
