Mandatory conditions

1. Embedded user

You must have at least one verified team member in the account of every Wlaunch customer you support. If you have no active user in a customer's account, you'll be treated as an Affiliate for that customer (25% × 24 months).

2. Certification

Must be valid and current for your tier. Expired certification means you can't hold your current tier.

3. Measurable support

If your customer contacts Wlaunch support directly 3+ times within 30 days, you'll get a warning. 3+ warnings within 90 days - risk of tier change.

Restrictions for Integrators

  • Participation in tenders for business-process automation services provided by Wlaunch requires prior coordination with info@wlaunch.net
  • PPC ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) without written approval are prohibited
  • The referred customer must be an independent third party (not a related person)
